Purple Trees

It's been one of those days.

You know, the ones when you have to pull your exhausted body out of a warm bed...and then be blasted awake by the shock of a cold shower. You trip on the way down the steps with a cup of tea and spill it all over the outfit you spent a whole 30 seconds throwing together. You finally make it out to the car and are dropped off without getting jelly on your nose {come on. you do this too.}. School drags on in its usual monotonous way. Lunch is filled with greasy pizza, loud students, and the principal revealingly interrupting your thrilling {not} discussion why this side of the triangle must equal this because this, that, or maybe this by calling for a girl nobody has heard of. The final bell belts out its obnoxious imitation of a fire bell and you are swept into a wave of students, threatening to trample you if you keep moving.

After getting a ride to the downtown mall, you pester random people for half an hour by begging to take their picture for a photography assignment. Finally at home, homework done and your room reasonably clean, you sit down at your computer to blog for an audience you are pretty sure you don't have.

Thank God for purple trees.

As in the ones in the picture up there. What? You didn't know there could be a purple tree with snow on the ground? Well there can't be. But I wanted one so whalah! It's there. I'm magical. not. Photoscape is.
