you: [being ever practical] well, yesterday was Wednesday. And before that came Tuesday.

me: Yes, true. But still, it feels like Monday.

you: Is that a bad thing?

me: I don't see why it would be. I admit I was hoping this week would past by quickly.

you: Why would you wish that? It's one less week of summer, and no school.

me: point. But you see, I'm off to the beach this Sunday.

you: again? But weren't you there like last week?

me: that was a month ago.

you: and what of the photos from that trip? I don't remember seeing those.

me: well. umm. yeah.

you: mmh.hhmm.

me: I actually got them uploaded. And edited.

you: and.

me: well. They never quite made them onto the blog.

you: will I ever get to see those?

me: you still want to see them?

you: well, sure!

me: even when you're just going to see even more from the beach presently?

you: I don't see why that would bother me.

me: What a great person.

you: why. umm. thanks. I guess.

me: remind me to give you a promotion.

you: will do. [pause] you're reminded.
