holla at me foodies!







I'm doing this thing I guess you could call a 'diet.' but I hate the word diet. So we're just
going to call it a foodie escapade because that really is much more exciting.
I'm only eating meat, fruit, and vegetables for three weeks.
No grains. very little dairy. no processed foods. no sugars.
This girl was sure she was going to die without her chocolate. and toast. and homemade milkshakes.
But nope! I've gone a week with only fruits, veggies, and meet!
Pretty proud of myself.
Basically I eat eggs for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and something just a bit more exciting for dinner.
Like the first few photos show a shrimp taco with guacamole.
It's kind of my new favorite meal and it's. so. easy.
And the second one is a pork loin, salad with mustard dressing, and a tomatoes.
And dang that was one good piece of meat.
I'm such a foodie.

  3. This is great!!! I have been thinking about doing the same thing. Let me know how you like it! I'm a bit nervous about taking out grain... I love me my cereal! Ha!
